-If after hours, place all information in an envelope, write property address on outside, and place through the mail slot at the bottom of our office door.
-Fee is $25 per applicant, 18 years of age and older, which covers the cost of a credit check through the National Tenant Network. Please include application fees, verification of income, all required documentation listed on rental/lease policies form, copy of photo ID, and photos of allowed pet(s). NO CATS ALLOWED!
-We do not rent to convicted felons or registered sex offenders.
PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN RENTAL/LEASE POLICIES ON THE APPLICATION!
-Applications are processed in the order they are received. Once an applicant is approved, the property can be held for up to 14 days by signing a hold agreement and paying a nonrefundable fee, in certified funds or cash, equal to one months rent. This MUST be done within 48 hours of lease approval, time is of the essence. Upon lease signing, the hold fee will be applied to the first months rent.
