***UPDATED MAINTENANCE POLICY****
-If a tenant fails to keep an appointment with the vendor, they will charged a $100 fee. Tenant is required to give no less than a 2 hour notice to the VENDOR to cancel or reschedule to avoid the fee. This fee is to cover the vendor’s time and costs incurred when they arrive to a scheduled appointment and the tenant is either not home or won’t answer the door. Vendors are only required to wait 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time before leaving.

*To report an urgent maintenance request, PLEASE CONTACT ONE OF THE APPROPRIATE EMERGENCY SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THE “MAINTENANCE REQUEST PROCEDURES” LINK ABOVE that relates to your maintenance issue. You will be contacted, by the vendor, within the next business day. Also, contact us by filling out the form below, contact the property manager at 502-640-0907, and leave ONE voice message.
